entrenar.se is led by Angelo Nardone, whose work in medical education began with live online events in the early 2000s. That experience shapes how we build today: around real programs, real reporting needs and the people doing the work.

Grand rounds, symposia and satellite meetings happen in hospitals and conference centers, not in a browser. entrenar.se connects what happens on site with credit, certificates and supporter reports.

Each site keeps its own results, so every institution can be compared with the rest of the program.

  • Access codes for each program and each session
  • Responses captured online, on paper forms (Scantron) or in event apps, loaded by site
  • Sign-in sheets imported with profession, specialty and pharmacist ePID
  • Attendees select the sessions they attended and claim full or partial credit
  • Personal results email: answers compared with their site and all other sites, plus their certificate

Who is entrenar.se for?

Medical education providers, associations and teams that manage activities, assessments, professional certificates and educational reporting. We use the first conversation to understand whether your workflow is a good fit.

Can we use our own brand?

Yes. Branded portals and shared curricula are part of the platform’s approach. We confirm your portal structure, audiences and access requirements during planning.

What about PARS and CPE Monitor?

CPE Monitor is built in: pharmacist ePID and date of birth are validated and credits are submitted to NABP from the platform. PARS submissions remain with your accredited team; we review the data you need and how to prepare it. Your accredited team retains responsibility for credit and accreditation decisions.

Do we have to migrate everything at once?

We start by reviewing one activity and your existing data. Any migration is scoped around formats, volume, history and the integrations you need.

Do you support in-person activities?

Yes. Access codes for each session, sign-in sheets, responses from paper forms or event apps loaded by site, session selection and credit claims for attendees, and results emails that compare each site with the rest of the program.

Can participants use their existing login?

Yes. The platform supports single sign-on with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML and Google. Learners without an account can join with an access code.
