New feature: Zoom Integration.
We are proud to introduce full Zoom integration for you webmeetings.
Entrenar.se has finished developing and implementing full Zoom integration.
You will now be able to create Zoom meetings directly from the Entrenar.se backend and then access reports for the meeting directly in the Entrenar.se platform.
Keeping with the core Entrenar.se philosophy the integration process is very simple and will let you start hosting your Zoom meetings on Entrenar.se. Make the most out of you zoom account with the Entrenar.se integration.
Zoom Integration:
This configuration Will allow the webmeetings to be hosted on zoom. The company owner now has a new tab for the integration, on the “My Account” section.

When clicking on the button you will be redirected to the zoom page (https://zoom.us/oauth2/login) to validate your credentials and grant the Integration permission.

After confirming you will be returned to the previous screen and confirm the integration succeeded. On this screen you will also be able to remove the integration and use the Entrenar.se default web meeting tool. Please note when the Zoom integration, all previous web meetings will need to be manually modified so the Zoom room is created.
Same thing happens the other way round, if you remove the Zoom integration all webmeeting activities created will need to be edited in order for them to work with the default webmeeting tool.

When the Integration is complete, inside the webmeeting activity there is a selection for the type of Zoom meeting, being ablet o choose between meeting or webinar (webinar capability needs to be enabled on the Zoom account in order for the feature to work).
There are also recording options available, you can choose wether to records locally, on the cloud or no recording at all. Finally you can select the meeting duration between 1 and 4 hours.

When the activity is saved, the meeting is generated within the Zoom app, with the same data entered on the backend followed with “by entrenar.se” to easily identify each meeting on the Zoom backend.

After created the activity will display the Zoom meeting ID number.

A curriculum will can only be set to “Active” when all the Webmeeting activities have their corresponding Zoom meeting ID number, in the cases where this hasn’t happened a warning message will be displayed stating that there are meetings which haven’t been generated on Zoom, the webmeeting activity has to be edited so it will be updated on the Zoom app.
For a Zoom meeting, co-hosts can be defined, for a user to be able to co-host on Zoom they will need a paid Zoom license and be defined as an administrator within the Zoom account. To assign a cohost they must be added as a Speaker of the webmeeting. When doing this the platform will verify it is a paid Zoom license, in the cases they are not a paid user they will be added as a co-host, but when logging into the meeting, it will be logged in the owner credentials, this will also be displayed on the webmeeting.

When the user does have a license, when joining the activity on the Zoom portal, it will request their credentials in order to start the webmeeting.
The webmeeting speaker list will display which users are able to start the meeting with their credentials and which users will use the owner’s credentials. (They will be able to rename themselved when inside the webmeeting).
